The whole hut for your team
Predel Hut has 13 rooms and around 30 beds, all with private bathrooms and central heating, and is booked entirely by one company. It suits teams of 14 to 26 best, and we work with groups of around 12 and up.
So there are no strangers at breakfast and nobody waits for a table - the room, the garden and the kitchen are your team's alone.
A room for working and for dinner
The function room seats up to 25 at the table and around 30 in a presentation layout. It has a television and a power socket; laptops, internet and any other equipment you bring yourselves.
There is no Wi-Fi at the hut. People use their own mobile data, and Vivacom coverage in the area is excellent. It is best to download materials beforehand or bring them on a USB stick.
Garden, games and mountains
The garden is a large open green space with an outdoor pool, table tennis and badminton - room for daytime games and activities away from the meeting room. The hut is also a starting point for walks on the European E4 trail between Rila and Pirin.
Your food, your menu
You are welcome to bring your own food, desserts and alcohol - we encourage it. Next to the function room there is a separate private kitchen for anyone who wants to cook, and a barbecue outside when the weather allows. If you would rather not cook, ask us about meals from the hut.
Bansko is 15 minutes away
If the team wants an evening out, Bansko is about 15 minutes by car - restaurants, bars and the ski area. Then you come back to the quiet of the mountain, and the rooms and function room cost less than staying in the resort itself.

There is no fixed package. Every event is planned around the group - how many of you there are, how many nights, what you need for work and how the evening should go.
