Predel Hut has 13 rooms and around 30 beds, all with private bathrooms and central heating. For New Year the hut can be booked entirely for one group - family, friends or colleagues - with no strangers at breakfast and no waiting for a table in the evening.
That is the difference between celebrating in a hotel among other guests and having an entire mountain lodge to yourselves.
There is a dining room and café on site where the group can gather for the New Year meal, plus a guest kitchen. The garden sits under the pines outside, and the paved road reaches the door year-round.
If the group wants to carry on out, Bansko is a quarter of an hour by car - restaurants, bars and the ski slopes. You come back to the quiet of the mountain instead of sleeping in the middle of the resort.
There is no fixed package. Every New Year is planned around the group - how many of you there are, how many nights, what you want in terms of food, and how the evening should run. So we would rather talk it through than sell you something that may not suit.
